Philip graduated from Belgrade High School in Belgrade, Montana in 1999. After his graduation he moved to London, England where his mother was born. He attended the London Acadamy of Music and Dramatic Art.
Winchester married his high school girlfriend in 2008. He has stared as "Stonebridge" for 4 seasons. He later guest-starred on the mini-series "24: Live Another Day" and had the lead role on the short-lived NBC series "The Player".
