Major Nina Pirogova is a Russian officer in the FSB.
She was sent by Philip Locke to rescue Stonebridge and Scott out of Black Bear Prison. Also assists in the raid on the Dzehna biological weapons facility.
In the final episode of Season 4 She killed Arkady Ulyanov. He was the man who killed her father. She also said that she was done with the FSB.
In Season 5 She helped Section 20 agents get out of North Korea.
